What types of payment methods do you accept?

A Paypal account is not required to checkout. It is optional. You have the convenience of paying with a debit or credit card. 

How do I change my order or cancel it?

An order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of it being placed. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped. 

What if my package is damaged or stolen?

We understand that unexpected things may happen. We want to provide the best customer service possible. Kindly send us an email if your item is damaged upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the post office tracking states, "Delivered" or "Notice Left" for your order.

How do I care for my non-medical face mask and will it protect me against COVID-19?

  • You can include your face mask in your laundry by using regular detergent. 
  • Cloth face masks should be washed after every use. It is recommend that you air dry the gem face mask.
  • The face masks featured on this website is NOT medical grade and is not intended as a replacement for medical grade equipment.
  • The use of cloth face masks help to slow the spread of COVID-19. For additional information, please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.
